International Female Ride Day® (IFRD) is a movement to celebrate women in motorsport and encompasses motorcyclists in over 120 countries worldwide. IFRD is a registered trademark and has become a Global initiative formed by Motoress in the USA in 2007 and has grown over the last 16 years.

This year we celebrate the 17th edition to be held on the 6th of May 2023, so hop on your motorcycle and join other women in the # FEMALE FOCUS FORWARD and JUST RIDE campaign.

We will meet at Triumph Cape Town at 7:30 am for some coffee and muffins before making our way to the official starting point, Bellville Velodrome where the larger group will then makes its way to The Oak and Vigne, Greyton.
